If the holder wishes to purchase additional units of the fund
he/she has already invested in or he/she wants to redeem the units they hold or
would like to switch funds or would like to make a Systematic Transfer (STP)
from one scheme to another,

Change of
address
If the unit holder wishes to change his/her address in our
records, please click
here to download the form. If the investment amount was Rs. 50,000 or
more, the unit holder will have to get the address changed with CVL (click

here in case of non-individuals) and send us the new KYC letter. Know

Change of Bank
A/c or mandate
The bank account details with us are used to credit dividends
and redemption amounts. If the unit holder would like to change the bank
account details,

accompanied with a cancelled Cheque leaf as a proof of the holder’s bank
account.

Addition of
Joint Holder
If unit holder/s desires to add a second or third holder, then
they need to inform us through a letter affixing the signatures of the
second/third holder along with the PAN and its proof.

Error in the
name of the unit holder
If the unit holder's name has been erroneously recorded due to
an error by the unit holder, then to rectify the same the unit holder needs to
furnish certain documents to the Fund. If the error has occurred on the part of
the Mutual Fund or Registrar the unit holder need not furnish the documents

Appointment of
Guardian
If the guardian is a person appointed by the court or through
legal documents the guardian needs to furnish certain documents to the fund.
Requirements:

Letter from the Guardian declaring that he/she is the guardian of the minor and
stating his/her relationship to the minor along with court order/decree, if any

Certified copy of proof of age of the minor (e.g. birth
certificate/passport/school leaving certificate etc.)

Clarifications

It is clarified that PAN card copy or another proof of identity of claimant/s
is not required separately if KYC acknowledgement issued by CVL is made
available

KYC acknowledgment address should match with the address in the indemnity bond

Where the units are to be transmitted to a claimant who is a minor, various
documents like KYC, PAN, Bank details, indemnity should be of the guardian of
the nominee

Transmission
in case of HUF, due to death of Karta
HUF, being a Hindu Undivided Family, the property of the family
is managed by the Karta and HUF does not come to an end in the event of death
of the Karta. In such a case, the members of the HUF will appoint the new Karta
who needs to submit following documents for transmission:

Letter Requesting for change of Karta

Death Certificate in original or photocopy duly notarized or attested by
gazette officer or a bank manager

Duly certified Bank certificate stating that the signature and details of new
Karta have been appended in the bank account of the HUF - Annexure I (click

KYC of the new Karta and KYC of HUF, if not already available

Indemnity bond (franking amount: Rs. 200) signed by all the surviving
coparceners and new Karta - Annexure V (click here to download)

In case of no surviving co-parceners OR the transmission amount is Rs. One Lakh
or more OR where there is an objection from any surviving members of the HUF,
transmission should be effected only on the basis of any of the following
mandatory documents:

Notarized copy of Settlement Deed, or
- Notarized copy of Deed of Partition, or
- Notarized copy of Decree of the relevant competent Court
